The Privacy Policy describes how LNXnetwork handles personal information when you use the services of LNXnetwork S.R.L.

LNXnetwork S.R.L., is a company specialized in Information Security services, Computer Security, Ethical Hacking, Computer Forensics and training in Cybersecurity and Cyberdefense, investigation of computer security problems and provision of corrective and preventive solutions: Security audits, specialized consulting in computer security, anti-fraud services, personalized information and alert services (monitoring), Pentest, Social Engineering, accredited national and international training courses in Security Defensive and Offensive.

Focused on the continuous improvement of processes, and aware that information is an asset that has a high value for organizations, LNXnetwork S.R.L. implements an Integrated Quality and Information Security Management System based on ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Standards, with the basic objectives being:

DATA COLLECTION

LNXnetwork may collect limited non-personally identifiable information that your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information may include but is not limited to your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your query, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

Some of our services require you to register for an account. LNXnetwork asks you for certain personal information to create an account (typically your name, email address, and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service to you.

RETURN POLICY (FOR GOODS)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, LNXnetwork may return your purchase order to exchange for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 5 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. In the event that the e-learning materials are opened or downloaded, it is considered that you agree with the purchase made and the return policy does not apply.

SAMPLE RETURN POLICY (FOR SERVICES)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of your selected service, for a period of 5 days from the date of purchase, you will be fully refunded the cost of your order. In the event that the purchased services are used after the purchase, it is considered that you agree with the purchase made and the return policy does not apply.

INDEPENDENT ADVERTISERS AND LINKS TO OTHER SITES

LNXnetwork allows other companies, called independent ad servers or ad networks, to serve ads within LNXnetwork. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. LNXnetwork's privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such advertisers or websites.
